We want to make this as easy as possible. When you create an account with us, upload a picture of any one of the following. It is that simple. As a combat veteran, be aware that we have zero tolerance for any form of stolen valor and we will peruse and prosecute it to the fullest extent of the law.
The immediate family members of an active duty service member or veteran who possess a Department of Defense-issued dependent ID card (DD form 1173 or 1173-1) are also eligible to receive our Military Appreciation Program.
- Military ID Card (active duty, National Guard, Reserves, IRR, or retiree).
- VA Issued ID Card for Health Care
- Veterans Designation on Drivers License or State Veterans ID Card
- Veterans Group Membership Card (VFW, American Legion, DAV, etc.)
- DD214
- U.S. Uniformed Services ID card
- Veteran Identification Card (VIC)
- U.S. Uniformed Services ID card
- We can accept both active and expired ID card
- DD Form 256 – Reservist
- NGB Form 22 - National Guard or Air National Guard
- Valid Department of Defense ID card,
